This website is operated by EduCultural Exchange Ltd., a subsidiary of Huixian Global Education Group (汇贤国际教育集团). By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of the site by, anyone else. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or any connected database, or to submit false or misleading information through our forms.

3. Programs, bookings & payment

Bookings for workshops, online courses, the study tour, and admissions services are currently arranged through direct contact: the booking form, phone, or WeChat. No online payment facility is active on this website; where a "pay online" area appears, it is shown as a preview of a future service and no payment is taken.

Prices shown on this website (for example, workshop and online-course fees) are in the currency indicated and may change before a booking is confirmed. The price confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking is the price that applies. Program-specific terms, including cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions, are provided at the time of booking and confirmed in writing before payment. Participation in the study tour is additionally governed by a separate written program agreement covering travel-specific terms.

4. Accuracy of information

Content on this website is provided for general information about our programs. While we keep it current, details such as itineraries, visit destinations, schedules, and third-party facts (for example, university rankings) may change without notice. This website's content is not a contractual offer; bookings are concluded only when confirmed by us in writing.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, the Huixian Global Education Group name and logo, and course materials, is owned by Huixian Global Education Group, EduCultural Exchange Ltd., or their licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links

This website links to third-party services and pages, including a WeChat article for study-tour booking details and the websites of partner institutions. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the website's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website; and (b) our total aggregate liability in connection with a program is limited to the amount you paid us for that program. Liability in connection with the study tour is addressed in the separate program agreement referred to in Section 3. Section 7's carve-outs for non-excludable rights apply equally to this Section.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, and the courts of Alberta have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you access this website as a consumer from another jurisdiction, you retain the protection of any mandatory rules of law of your place of residence, and nothing in this Section deprives you of the right to bring proceedings there where applicable law grants it.

10. Language

These terms are published in English and Simplified Chinese. Both versions are provided for convenience; in the event of any inconsistency between them, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. General provisions

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
